Over the last few years I've done some travelling.
Trip to Russia 1999
In May/June of 1999, I went to Russia to visit a friend. Upon my return I wrote a description of the trip and scanned in some pictures.
Trip to Ireland 2000
In March of 2000, I went to Ireland for SPIT.BOB, a meeting of some talk.bizarre folks. I took a bunch of pictures and started writing a description of the trip when I got back, but never scanned anything in or completed the narrative. Sorry! It's on my to-do list.
Trip to Quebec 2000
In February of 2000 I went to Quebec City for FROST.BOB II, another talk.bizarre meeting. Upon my return I put together some web pages that include pictures and various writings (by me and by other people) about the experience.
Most recently, in May of 2001 I went to Houston, Texas to see a friend graduate and then went to Phoenix, Arizona to visit some other friends. I took some pictures while there.
On Saturday 27 October 2001 I went to the Great Providence Pumpkin Festival at Memorial Park in Providence, RI.
Thanksgiving in Des Moines 2001
In November of 2001 I visited my sister and her husband in Des Moines, Iowa.
Maryland in November 2001
At the end of November 2001 I had to go to Maryland for my job. While there, I met up with a few talk.bizarre regulars.
Maryland in December 2001
At the beginning of December 2001 I returned to Maryland for more meetings and to see off one of my coworkers, who had given notice so he could go to grad school.
In March 2002 I went back to Maryland for work. While there I met up with some kibologists. Years later, these pictures were found.
